  3.  PRODUCTS We aim to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes, specifications, and other information about our T-shirts and other products. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, display settings, lighting conditions, photography, and manufacturing variations. Minor variations in colour, print placement, measurements, stitching, or finishing that are normal for apparel manufacturing may not constitute a defect. Customers should carefully review the product description and size chart before placing an order. We may modify or discontinue products at any time, subject to applicable law and orders already accepted by us.
  4. PRICING All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹), unless otherwise stated. Prices may include applicable taxes where indicated. Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout or otherwise communicated before completion of the order. We reserve the right to change product prices, discounts, promotions, and offers at any time. A price change will not normally affect an order already accepted by us. In case of an obvious pricing, technical, or listing error, we may contact you to correct the order or cancel it and issue any applicable refund.
  5. ORDERS When you place an order, you are responsible for providing accurate information, including your name, contact details, delivery address, product selection, size, and quantity. Placing an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect pricing, technical errors, or delivery limitations. Where payment has already been received for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded using the original payment method or another permitted method.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused solely by banks, payment networks, or third-party payment providers, except to the extent required by applicable law. 
  7.  SHIPPING AND DELIVERY We will make reasonable efforts to process and dispatch orders within the estimated timeframe communicated on our website. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses, operational disruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information. If an order cannot be delivered because of incorrect information provided by the customer, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch where permitted. ## 8. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES Due to the nature of apparel products and the costs associated with reverse shipping and handling, Vestis Hub generally does not accept returns or exchanges for: - Change of mind; - Personal preference; - Ordering an incorrect size; - Fit-related issues where the product corresponds to the size ordered and the published size information; - Minor colour differences caused by lighting, photography, or screen settings; or - Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or otherwise used. Customers are therefore requested to check the product description and size chart carefully before placing an order. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable Indian consumer protection law. ## 9. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, materially different from the product ordered, or if we have sent an incorrect product, please contact us within **48 hours of delivery** at **[customer support email/WhatsApp number]**. Please provide: - Your order number; - Photographs clearly showing the issue; - Photographs of the product and packaging; and - Any other reasonable information required to verify the claim. Customers should not send products back without receiving return instructions from Vestis Hub. Nothing in this section excludes statutory remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted. ## 10. CANCELLATIONS Customers may request cancellation before an order has been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Vestis Hub may cancel an order because of stock unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect product information, technical errors, or other legitimate operational reasons. Where an eligible prepaid order is cancelled, the applicable refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy and applicable law. ## 11. REFUNDS Where a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method unless another method is agreed upon or required. The time required for a refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or payment method.
